Oh hi, Pete Davidson! This coming-of-age comedy follows a teenager who spends his time hanging out with his sister’s ex-boyfriend, a 23-year-old who kind of doesn’t have his sh*t together. They start working together to sell drugs at high school parties, and of course, things don’t go quite according to plan.

Not to be dramatic, but this is one of the best comedies of the decade, for sure. Directed by Olivia Wilde, it follows Amy and Molly, two overachieving high school seniors during their last few days of school. They spend most of the film trying to get to a graduation party, and along the way, they encounter things like hallucinogenic strawberries, murder mystery parties, and the world’s most awkward Lyft ride. Once they arrive at the party, things get even wilder.

If you like your comedies a little dark, then you’ll love this one. Margot Robbie stars as Tonya Harding, the world-famous figure skater believed to have coordinated a brutal attack on rival skater Nancy Kerrigan in 1994. The movie plays out in an exaggerated, fast-paced style with funny narrations and interviews from Tonya, her mother, her ex-husband, and other characters. It was nominated for all the awards, and even won a few, so it’s definitely worth a watch.

Zoey Deutch plays a charismatic con artist named Peg in this comedy. After finding herself in a little bit of trouble—and a lot of debt—she decides to become a debt collector herself.

Aubrey Plaza plays Ingrid, a woman who becomes obsessed with Taylor, a seemingly perfect influencer played by Elizabeth Olsen. If you’ve spent any time on social media in the last decade, you’ll lol at how *perfectly* this satirical film captures a certain type of L.A. Instagram influencer circa 2017.

This quirky comedy follows Bernadette, a former architect in Seattle who rarely leaves her home. Her feud with a neighbor and an impending trip to Antarctica increase Bernadette’s anxiety, and her husband tries to send her to a mental hospital. Rebel Wilson is *hilarious* in this one. Anna Kendrick plays Becca, who is reluctantly drafted into an all-girl a cappella singing group at her college. It’ll make you wish you had joined your college’s a capella group, tbh.

Andy Samburg and Cristin Milioti star in this rom-com, where they play two people stuck in “one of those infinite time-loop situations you might have heard about.” Basically, they wake up every day on the day of a wedding they’re both attending. Let’s just say they find some funny ways to pass the time, so to speak.

An engaged couple looks to revitalize their relationship by having a threesome. But it turns out that finding a third person who they actually both want to have sex with isn’t so easy.

This funny horror film follows Raymond, a recent MBA graduate who moves back in with his parents and finds that their house is def haunted by evil spirits. To fight the supernatural entities, he enlists the help of Becca, a local bartender he went to high school with.

This British comedy follows Nick, a recently dumped man who decides to attend a massive three-day music festival with his best friend Shane. Of course, Nick’s ex Caitlin is there. If you’ve ever been to a music festival, you know: Things can get crazy.

After being passed over for a promotion because she doesn’t have a college degree, Maya’s godson kinda totally fabricates her resume and background and helps her get hired as an executive at a huge cosmetics company. We love to see women succeeding!

One of Reese’s most iconic roles (besides Elle Woods, ofc) is Melanie, a fashion designer who has to return to her Alabama hometown to get her husband to finally sign their divorce papers so she can marry her new guy. But ofc, he won’t make things easy.

Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds star as a demanding executive and her tortured assistant in this LOL-worthy comedy. When she faces deportation, she insists that they get married so that she can stay in the country. He agrees, with a few conditions, and they go to Alaska so she can meet his family. It’s worth watching for the Betty White dancing scene alone.

Rebel Wilson and Dakota Johnson star in this comedy about...well, how to be single in New York City. Dakota plays Alice, who has just broken up with her boyfriend and Rebel plays Robin, her wild coworker who shows her how to have a good time.

Ugh, as IF...we wouldn’t include this on our list of comedies. This movie about a popular high school student who befriends a new classmate and gives her a makeover has a seriously stacked cast. Like, Alicia Silverstone, Brittany Murphy, and Paul Rudd?? Dream team.

Look, sometimes you just need a silly Adam Sandler movie. Grown Ups is about a group of childhood friends who reunite for a Fourth of July weekend with their families. Predictably, shenanigans ensue.

Why not make it a double feature? Grown Ups 2 picks up with the same group after Lenny (Adam Sandler) moves his family back to his hometown where his buddies all still live. As he and his family settle in, he finds that some things, like school bullies and weird bus drivers, never change.

Ryan Reynolds gave us the funniest superhero of all time as Deadpool, a wise-cracking vigilante. This movie is all about how ordinary citizen Wade Wilson became Deadpool and his quest to track down the villain who made him what he is.

Seth Rogan, Jonah Hill, Jay Baruchel, Danny McBride, Rihanna, Emma Watson, and like a million other celebrities play themselves in this movie about a party that gets interrupted when the apocalypse strikes in LA.

Seth McFarlane voices a super foul-mouthed teddy bear in this movie about a stuffed animal who comes to life. Mark Wahlberg plays John, the kid who wished him to life (much to his occasional regret).

If you never got around to seeing this movie, wyd?? Steve Carell plays a sweet guy named Andy who has gotten to the age of 40 without ever having had sex. When his coworkers find out, they make it their mission to help get him laid. It’s somehow both raunchy and sweet.

Who cares about the Olympics when we’ve got this perfect figure skating movie? When Chazz Michael Michaels (Will Ferrell) and Jimmy MacElroy (Jon Heder) team up for pairs skating, there’s no limit to what they can do. Just wait until the Iron Lotus scene.

If you can say this movie title five times fast without stumbling, I salute you. Annie Mumolo and Kristen Wiig star (get it!!!) as Barb and Star, two Midwestern best friends who go on vacation to Florida and unwittingly find themselves caught up in a nefarious plot to unleash deadly mosquitos.

Sally Field stars as Doris, an eccentric woman in her 60s who develops a big crush on her new coworker (played by Max Greenfield, aka Schmidt from New Girl!). With the help of self-help tapes and social media, she decides to pursue him, to hilarious and sometimes cringeworthy results.

This sardonic comedy follows Mavis, a recently divorced writer who returns to her small hometown and tries to rekindle a romance with her ex-boyfriend, a guy who just happens to be married with a baby. No spoilers, but it goes about as well as you might expect.
